With 30 years of experience at the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement, as an Assistant United States Attorney serving in a variety of capacities including that of Acting Civil Chief, as trial counsel to a large insurance and industrial defense firm and as lead partner in a firm specializing in complex litigation, Bruce Marshack is conversant in the problems that arise in those areas of the laws. He has helped to resolve complicated fiduciary disputes; matters arising in the securities area; contract disputes including construction litigation with AIA issues; environmental law including land use, NIMBY issues: real property law, employee relations; consumer and community issues, personal injury and toxic tort claims. He was a key factor in the amicable resolution of what had begun as a bitter dissolution of a large international architectural services firm headquartered in Chicago, London and New York.
